‘You’re an awful man Niall’
Here is a print I recently finished in Cork Printmakers but had started in Capileira, Spain. I did a course there with Henrik Boegh in July utilising many aspects of Non-Toxic Printmaking. I etched this plate after using both hard and soft grounds (acrylic based) in Ferric Chloride. On returning to Cork I added to it with traditional aquatint and introduced a second colour on another plate using photo polymer film (riston in this case). I printed with oil based inks. This is the result of an unholy union between Toxic and Non-Toxic Printmaking!
