An unholy union of Toxic and Non-Toxic Printmaking. Started in Spain and finished in Cork using hard and soft grounds, aquatint and photopolymer film.
This is well worth a visit. There will be a great range of affordable art on sale and it’s a great showcase of various printmaking techniques. All artists are from Cork Printmakers. My piece ‘Cobh Water Tower’ from the previous post will be available and on show.
Here’s my very first effort of a cyanotype print. It was made during a weekend course at The Light Exchange in Dublin City. Gum Bichromate was the other alternative process I learned about. The image is a Pinhole photo taken in Cobh, Co. Cork.
